2. How to order?
Before you order, please be sure that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions. You can order our cases by sending us your order form through DM on Instagram or by ordering via Shopee (soon)!

3. Where can I get a discount code?
We gave out discount codes to our first 300 followers who followed the mechanics listed in our previous post. If you followed the rules, you’ll find your discount code in your DM! :)
Shopee may also give out some vouchers that may be used on our shop so watch out for that!
For now, we’re no longer giving out discount codes on Instagram, but stay tuned for our future promos ♡
4. Who will pay for the shipping fee?
The shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer :)
5. How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee varies on your location. It’s estimated to be around 60-200 pesos ♡ We can help you check! Just send us a DM and we’d be happy to assist you.
6. What are your modes of payment?
For now, we’re only offering BPI, BDO, GCash, Coins.ph, or Cash on Delivery!
7.How do I order via Shopee?
Our shopee is still not yet live, but do stay tuned!
8. What’s the difference between the three types of cases?
2D hardcases and armored cases only have designs printed at the back of the case. Only difference is that 2D hardcases have the top and bottom parts uncovered while armored cases will cover the whole phone!
3D snapcases have the designs printed all over the case (no black/white/clear border). The top and bottom of this type of case is also uncovered.

9. Can I choose the border color of my 2D hardcase/armored case?
Yes you may! However, this is still subject to availability depending on your phone model so we cannot guarantee that your case will have your desired border color.

12. How long will it take for you to process my order?
Please allot a total of 1-2 weeks for us to process your orders as our cases are made to order ♡
